If there is something unavailable in store, or if you would like to make a large order, please check our online menu to see if any of our special-order recipes are able to satisfy your needs. If you would like to pay online, you can do so by making an order on our shop page.
Each item online will have a description that includes ingredients and allergens for that particular recipe. We take cross-contamination seriously. If something says Gluten-Free, we mean it.

@ the Garvey Center
Hours: 7a-4p Monday-Friday
Located in the central tower building of the Garvey Center, you can find us from the south-facing courtyard just below street level. We have our own free parking spots on the west side of the central building, or we can validate Garvey Center visiting parking tickets for the main parking garage. From the parking garage, you can find us going down the west-facing stairs across the street from the southeast garage staircase.
For special orders, please make sure you have notified us at least 3 business days in advance of your pick-up date.
Catering
We are currently providing catering services for the downtown Wichita area. Please reach out to us to see if we are able to meet your needs. We prefer an in-person conversation; however, this is not required. Depending on the nature of your order, we may need an adequate number of days to prepare for larger groups. Our rates for large orders are cheaper than buying multiple items individually, and there is no extra service fee. We can provide our full food and drink menus and -given time to prepare- we can come up with off-menu or special items, as well.

Dinky Bread is a bakery in Wichita, Kansas. At the Garvey Center in the heart of downtown, we provide high-quality baked goods, coffee, sandwiches, and other mouth-watering treats and beverages for the good people of our city.
About Dinky Bread:
Everything on our menu is made from scratch, and we do what we do because we love it. Honesty, dignity, and compassion are central tenets of who we are, and we hope that is reflected in our business as well; always feel free to make yourself at home in our space and come get to know us!
Despite the long list of recipes we’ve compiled, we love to experiment and try new things, and if you’re looking for a style or flavor that you don’t see on our menu, we’d be more than happy to put something new together for you! We are always happy to do special orders.
FARMER’S MARKET
After the past two years of making friends, croissants, and memories, we will unfortunately no longer be selling weekly at the Kansas Grown Farmer’s Market.
During certain event days we may be able to return if our time and resources permit.
The meats, cheeses, and produce we use at our bakery are still, in large part, sourced from our local friends at the market, and we will continue to support the market however we can. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity that we had to watch our business grow over the last two years of having a stall.
